We have created a distinct financial planning process that we call the GamePlan. We believe that financial planning should start with our clients in mind, not some cookie-cutter solution.
Before we can start to help our clients optimize their finances, we take the time to get to know them. We feel it is important to understand what the money they are working hard to earn is for. Our recommendations are based on their hopes and dreams.
Our approach starts with understanding their WHY. We help them uncover what is important to them and push them to dream a little.
The HOW is the creation of their customized financial plan. How can we help them accomplish their life dreams?
The WHAT are solutions to help them optimize their financial position.
The first step in starting a working relationship with our firm is the Introductory Meeting. We understand that it may be daunting to take the first step to find the right financial advisor for you. We want to help you feel at ease to take that first step with us.
During this 30-minute meeting, we want to learn about you. We share our background and how we may be able to help you. We also look to give you value for the time you have decided to spend learning about Breakaway. Everyone doing the Introductory meeting gets a Financial Assessment.
The best part of it. Their is no cost to the Introductory Meeting.
We have created a comprehensive financial planning process to help our clients achieve their goals. Based on their financial and life position, we customize how we help them.
We created a fee structure that enables us to customize how our clients can work with us. Our fee structure is a combination of GamePlan fees, a Membership fee, and an Assets Under Management fee.
We define our service packages based on the complexity of the financial situation. During the Introductory meeting, we will recommend which package we think fits your needs based on our quick assessment of your situation.
The GamePlan fees are distinguished by the amount of analysis and reporting we feel a client within a service package needs.
The Bronze package is meant for students, young adults, or DIYs that are interested in using our knowledge base to learn how to set up their finances. Our goal is to give fundamental financial principles to get them on the right path. The information is given through online courses and open-office type engagements.
Silver Package clients need a little more support. Their income is growing quickly and they have immediate life goals they would like to accomplish. They require more support and guidance to attempt to make stronger progress from their early career success.
Once in the Gold Package, a client’s financial situation is becoming more complex. The client may have a young family, stock options at work, maybe even a rental property. They have more things to juggle and need deeper analysis and ongoing strategy meetings.
The Diamond Package is for clients with complex financial positions. The analysis of their situation is more lengthy and requires more frequent meetings to ensure that the client maximize their financial decisions.
One of the ironies of the financial industry are advisors’ Required Asset Minimums. We believe that everyone should be able to get fiduciary financial advice, not just the wealthy. Our answer to the Required Asset Minimum is our Membership Fees.
The Membership Fees are meant to enable clients that may just be starting to accumulate wealth to get fiduciary financial guidance.
Once Assets Under Management are high enough, depending on the desired service package, we cancel the Membership Fee.
